How to Connect | SWG Apex

Important: SWG Apex does not provide the original Star Wars Galaxies client, game discs, installer files, or TRE files. You must legally own and install the original Star Wars Galaxies client files.

Connection Steps

Step 1

Install the Original SWG Client

Install your legal copy of the original Star Wars Galaxies client. The emulator setup requires the original client files.

Step 2

Install the SWGEmu Launcher

Download and install the official SWGEmu launcher. Use it to point to your SWG client folder and prepare the client.

Step 3

Add SWG Apex as a Custom Server

In the SWGEmu launcher, add a custom server using the verified Apex connection information below.

Step 4

Register and Launch

Create your SWG Apex account on this site, then launch through the SWGEmu launcher and log in.

Custom Apex Launcher Status:
The SWG Apex launcher is being tested internally and is not the recommended public install method yet. Use the SWGEmu launcher process above until the Apex launcher can handle setup and configuration cleanly.
